Our Little Story

Sushi Toshi is the delectable item within our tasty varying menu, many say ala downtown Tokyo. It starts with our Hot Stones and Grilling Items to mark the season. Our Chefs then send forth a parade of selected seafood, mostly raw, all very fresh and seasoned to your taste. The wasabi is delishlishy delectable but not overwhelming. It’s not all the meticulous refinement our famous Sushi Toshi delivers. While à la carte, our fresh Sushi Toshi options such as Tempura and a multitude of our Grilled Items are simply a few of the best in North Edmonton conveniently located in Christy’s Corner Centre at 137th Avenue and St. Albert Trail.

  • I really enjoyed the food here. The sashimi is fresh and a bigger than normal cut for AYCE in my opinion. They had lots of options to choose from, it was hard to try everything, but I would go back in a heartbeat to try the rest! As for the miso soup, my 4 year old loved it and demanded more!! Can’t wait to go again!
